Sweetwater Guesthouse is an owner-operated, intimate self-catering guest resort on the outskirts of Wellington close to farms in the beautiful Cape Winelands.
When you book with us, you're not just reserving accommodation – you're securing your own sanctuary with a private entrance. Revel in amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen, a private braai/barbecue area, TV, air conditioning, a porch and/or balcony. We offer 4 self-catering units embedded in a beautiful garden.

Our property is equipped with a battery-inverter system backed by a generator, ensuring an uninterrupted experience for our guests even during power outages.

Accommodation is provided in a choice of 4 free-standing units, 2 of which comprises 2 bedrooms while the other 2 units consist of 1 bedroom each.
The units feature fully equipped kitchens to meet guests' self-catering needs. Additional facilities include a TV with DStv, air-conditioning, a fireplace, a private braai area for each unit and free Wi-Fi.
Guests enjoy access to a communal swimming pool and the large garden.

Guest Services at Sweetwater Guesthouse
Breakfast Basket
As a self catering accommodation we offer our guests a breakfast basket with the following contents (for about 2 - 3 persons):
- Coffee, tea, 0,5l fresh milk, sugar
- 4 eggs (of our own chicken), 100g butter
- 4 rolls, 1 p. toast
- 1 p. Ham, 3x mini jam, 2 p. yogurt
- fruits, cereal
We also offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free food on request.
Sauna and Spa House
The Swedish sauna is located in our sauna and spa house at the guest garden. The use of the sauna is intended for exclusive use (family, friends). The booking must be made at least 90 minutes before the start of the session in order to heat up the sauna heater and prepare the rooms
Book exclusively a sauna session at our Swedish sauna for free. between 12 and 9 pm. The sauna house offers a sauna cabin (up to 90C), a cold diving pool, showers and a relaxation room.
We provide sauna towels and bathrobes free of charge. You can book a spa treatment (extra costs) at our massage room.
Tennis Court
Our sports ground is usable for tennis, soccer, hockey and volleyball and equipped with a 2400W LED floodlight.
It is open from 9am to 9pm for all our guests. Tennis rackets and balls can be borrowed. The use of the sports ground is for free.
