The Beach House Collection - Three stunning beach front homes in Yzerfontein, Cape West Coast, South Africa
The Beach House Collection consists of 3 beautiful houses situated directly on the beach in Yzerfontein on the Cape West Coast. The homes are private, serviced daily and right on the beach... you can walk from the house onto the pristine white sand. They are classic clapperboard houses with wraparound wooden decks, fabulous for entertaining. The view from each house is spectacular.

Pearl Bay Beach Villa
This gorgeous White Wooden Beach House has two king sized bedrooms upstairs (1 & 2), with a full bathroom with shower and bath shared between them. There is a separate toilet. There is a small hallway between them with a balcony leading off it. A third bedroom (3) is situated downstairs and can be either a king size bed or twin single beds. This has a private bathroom with a shower and separate guest toilet.
There is another king bedroom suite (4) in the boathouse which is right next to the main house, with stunning views over the ocean. We call this the “honeymoon suite” as it has a separate entrance so it is private. It is a beautiful open room, with a corner bath, and separate shower. This has its own tea/coffee station, as well as a fridge.
The large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area are light and airy, leading out onto a sun drenched wooden deck with a rim-flow pool, lending itself to both indoor and outdoor entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining. There is a walk in pantry. For those chilly winter evenings there is an open log burning fireplace. There is a large barbecue which can be moved according to the weather.
White Sands
This is a large open plan area spilling out onto the wooden sun bleached decks, and you can enjoy the views from every angle, whether lazing on the couch with a good book, or cooking up a storm with glass of wine in hand. There is a large indoor dining table, as well as an outdoor area at the braai. The well equipped kitchen is a state of the art entertainer’s dream, and it forms the central part of the home, so your family and friends can always feel a part of the goings on.
There is a fireplace in the lounge section for those wintery evenings, and built in barbeque area on the deck which is always protected from the elements. There is a plunge pool on the deck to cool off in.
The large main bedroom is located upstairs. This huge luxurious suite has stunning sea views from every angle! It has warm wooden floors, soft sandy hues and has a private lounge with TV, which leads out onto a deck overlooking the sea, American Shutters and an open bathroom, with a bath & a huge shower. Separate toilet. A second Bedroom is located upstairs with a separate entrance, and incredible sea views. This has a king size bed, with a bath and a shower, and a separate toilet.
The downstairs room has a king size bed as well as a bath and shower in the room. It overlooks the deck onto the plunge pool. It also offers stunning sea views. A smaller 4th bedroom has 2 double bunk beds plus 2 extra pull out beds, so is ideal for the kids and their friends. Can be converted into 2 single beds which can be put together as a kingsize bed on request. There is a TV and DVD player. This shares a full bathroom with Bedroom 5.
Thyme & Tide
This beautiful house is perched on the dunes with magnificent views of the sandy beaches. The house has state of the art finishes and is incredibly spacious, making it ideal for retreats, workshops and extended family holidays. The communal areas are open plan and flow into each other. There are loads of break away areas to retreat to for some peace and quiet, and to contemplate nature.
There is an open plan lounge area which opens onto a wraparound wooden deck that leads onto the state of the art kitchen with a separate scullery and lock up pantry. The dining room can open up both onto the sunny morning deck for breakfast, or onto the other side where the barbecue is located. This area has fabulous sea views, and is protected from the elements, and is great for both indoor and outdoor entertaining.
All 7 bedrooms have kingsize beds with gorgeous linen & down duvets. Two of the rooms can be made into twin beds on request.
All houses include the following: Free Wifi, Off street parking, Fully alarmed with response unit, Satellite DSTV Explorer, Indoor fireplaces, Braai facilities, Towels and linen provided, Serviced daily with on site house manager and assistant.
ETERNITY EVENT SPACE @ The Beach House Collection
Eternity Event Space is the latest addition to the Beach House Collection. It is a gorgeous state of the art open plan venue that is set on the dunes of the Cape West Coast. Due to its versatility, this beachfront space offers the perfect setting for a multitude of celebrations, workshops, retreats and special occasions of all kinds. The large sliding doors open right up to create an indoor/outdoor scenario.
The decor has been carefully curated to work as a contrast to the stark beauty of the nature outside. Endless sea and beach views from every window make this venue unique, and it gives you a feeling of actually being on the sand dunes and at one with nature. From the open plan venue there is a large wooden deck leading out directly onto the dunes. There is a caterer’s kitchen with a stunning black bar serving counter, as well as a large barbecue should one want a West Coast Braai. There is an indoor fireplace to take the evening chill out of the sea air if necessary.

ETERNITY PENTHOUSE @ The Beach House Collection (2 guests)
This is an especially curated space on the top floor of the venue, done in tones of dark charcoal, brushed gold, bronze mirrors & with rich textured linens. It has one huge bedroom with a 4 poster bed, an open plan bathroom with a gold bathtub & marble shower, as well as a second bathroom with a shower.
The open plan lounge and dining area is done in neutral tones of sandy beige and stone, proving a sense of calm and tranquility. There is a well thought out black marble kitchenette area which has everything you need in it, from Nespresso machine, to the brushed gold Smeg Kettle & Toaster. There is a150 sqm sunset deck with panoramic sea views. You can hear the sound of the waves crashing on the shore and scent of the salty sea air wafting on the breeze.
